  Cold food 5 times in only a few months. We didn't check until a couple min. After leaving because the manager told us the food just came off the grill & chicken nuggets straight outa the deep fryer. NOT so w/ the chicken nuggets! Some we're hot, but mostly cool/cold to the touch. So, my partner calls & reiterates what's going on...the guy starts being problematic asking LOADS of question, first & last name, address etc. But really bothered me, I could hear the conv. & the guy had an attitude...so I pull over & get on the phone..ask him what's going on, he starts wanting to get an attitude w/ me for some unknown reason, I ask if he is a manager, he was not...then he hung up on me. I called back & asked if I could speak w/ a manager...he said he was the manager. I communicated what took place...he didn't sound concerned. I asked for his but quickly forgot their name is on the receipt, he said he was the one that helped me...but said Burger King doesn't allow me to give my name out...I told him his name was on the receipt...so that was a lie. I told him I'd be contacting his district manager & a Health Food Inspector this being the 4th or 5th time in 3 months.

  Im homeless they fill my cup with hot water at no charge. Friendly , helpfull and polight and Respectfull and very FAST
